DealBuilder revolutionized the feasibility and trustworthiness of legal document assembly by eliminating the need for programmers to automate lawyers' Word templates. As a consequence, DealBuilder was rapidly adopted by the world's leading law firms to automate the drafting of complex legal documents across a wide range of practice areas.
Corporate legal departments rapidly recognized the potential of DealBuilder to streamline the sales contract process. Working with Business Integrity, they leveraged the experience of law firms to extend the reach of DealBuilder from the legal "back-office" into the sales "front-office". DealBuilder Contract Express presents business users with an intuitive and easy to use self-service, browser based, business orientated questionnaire. The automatic workflow at the heart of Contract Express enforces compliance by only allowing a user to access a locked and signature ready PDF version of the generated contract if the user's answers are complete and compliant. Incomplete, non-compliant, or non-standard answers, including any request by the counterparty for a Word version of the contract, are automatically routed to Legal as a legal work request.
